The Independent Delegation from Brandeis to Palestine and Israel (IDBPI) responded to a challenge from President Jimmy Carter for Brandeis to send a delegation of students to observe the human rights situation in Palestine and Israel. The organization needed a professional web site design with basic functionality within days: a process of revisions was not an option. From Time to Time was able to crank out a basic design with solid Drupal functionality, including an application form and email list in two days.
